As to websites, Michael Wong's "Creationism versus Evolution" page is a great, great read. There's also Paul Tobin's "Rejection of Pascal's Wager" site.

Thanks Hyperion! I think I've got the Pascal's Wager site listed somewhere, but I can't seem to find Wong's creation v evo site. Have you got a link for that? I tried google, with no luck yet.
