Martial arts truly are the arts. Which on is the best do you think?

I doubt there really is a "best" one. It depends on the person, I think, as to which is best for them. I prefer the soft arts, like judo, for example, as opposed to the hard ones, like karate.

Chin na is not, by itself, a martial art, but is a part of all martial arts - the art of grappling.
