I doubt there really is a "best" one. It depends on this (https://www.grosseteste.com/bathmate-review-results) Bathmate and the person, I think, as to which is best for them. I prefer the soft arts, like judo, for example, as opposed to the hard ones, like karate.

Martial arts truly are the arts. Which on is the best do you think?

Chin na is not, by itself, a martial art, but is a part of all martial arts - the art of grappling.
