Gherman Titov, Soviet cosmonaut, in The Seattle Daily Ti

Thanks for the list; I've been interested in getting recommendations for pro-atheist books, just as I have pro-religious (even though my conviction is that atheism is the sound, logical conclusion and that all religion is baseless superstition).

The only book in that list you linked that I've read is The Demon-Haunted World. I didn't very much consider it an atheist book per say, though. The only book I've read that I think much explicity falls into pro-atheism and argues for it is The End of Faith by Sam Harris. The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins will be the second falling into said category that I'll be reading as soon as I'm done with The Reluctant Mr. Darwin by David Quammen.

Much of my pro-atheist influence has come from people online. Perhaps the most notable of these is one Michael Wong, owner of a science fiction board. I wish he'd write a book on the subject.
